Summary:  Applies principles of accounting to assist in processing and analyzing financial information. The incumbent will prepare customer billing to ensure timely and accurate invoices. The position performs a variety of general accounting support tasks at the direction of management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.   
Assist in the preparation of monthly income and expense statement and cash flow projections.
Reviews, investigates and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
Prepare billing data by reviewing for accuracy, verifies correlation between units billed and staff productivity, looks at trends, and reports to management as needed.  
Reconciles balance sheet accounts for accuracy, verifies balances and makes recommendations for adjustments as needed.
Maintains capital records and provides additions and deletions to auditors for maintenance of depreciation records.
Prepare daily bank deposit.
Assists with special projects or other tasks as required.
Assists with events as assigned

Education/Experience: Associate degree (A. A.) from an accredited program and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  

Math Ability: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. 
Reasoning Ability:  Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. 
Computer Skills:  To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software and Accounting software. 
Certificates and Licenses:  Valid Driver License
